How do I return an item?

All items sold are tested just before leaving our facilities with the test apparatus such as test mold or test cut included with the products. They are guaranteed to be as described and illustrated in the current product datasheet and user manual.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item purchased, you may return it within 30 days for repair or replacement. Certain items such as APSX-PIM and APSX Spyder are subject to significant crating, restocking and inspection fees. Please review the 12 month limited warranty policy summary below.

LIMITED WARRANTY (VALID ONLY IF 1 HOUR QUICK ONLINE TRAINING IS GIVEN BY APSX LLC TEAM BEFORE THE APSX-PIM SHIPMENT)
12 months REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT warranty condition also applies to returned machines for inspection or repair. If the QUICK ONLINE TRAINING is rejected, the warranty is VOID once the machine is shipped out - Manufacturer’s liability shall be limited to repairing or replacing parts or components at the discretion of manufacturer. Direct sales and video conference/phone support is part of the equation that allows us to provide high value at low cost. Once we determine the problem remotely via video conference, we resolve it with a replacement part or a complete new machine if the machine is defective.
