If you need to return your machine for repair, don't hesitate to contact us for instructions and return authorization.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.

Shipping

It would be best if you used an LTL carrier and shipped the machine in its original wood crate to APSX LLC, 11121 Kenwood Rd., Bue Ash, OH 45242, United States

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item for repair unless it falls under Warranty. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

It would help if you considered using a reliable carrier such as Old Dominion Freight and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Improper packaging leading to damage to the machine will void the product's warranty, and you will be held liable for damages.
